Please note, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy which includes all individual treatments and courses of treatments.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to offer the appointment to one of our waiting clients and, therefore, you will be charged for the treatment in full, or if you are on a course of pre-paid treatments, that one session will be deducted from your course.
